FuneralHomeWebsites.cc is a product of funeral.link, operated by Funeral Link LLC (5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731). We build and run websites for funeral homes. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this site, where a funeral home can see what we offer, work out what its flower pages are worth, and get in touch.
When you contact us — through the early-access form, the flower calculator, or the chat — we collect what you provide: your name, email, the funeral home you work for, and your message. The calculator also sends us the figures you enter about your own business — services a year, orders per service, what an average arrangement runs, and the share you keep — because those are what the statement you asked for is built from. We also collect basic technical usage and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the site. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site.
We use what you send us to answer you, to follow up with you about FuneralHomeWebsites, to operate, improve and secure the site, and to measure whether our advertising is working.
This is a marketing site and we advertise it, so we should say plainly what that involves. This site loads the Meta (Facebook) pixel. It tells Meta that a visit or a form submission happened here, which is how we measure whether an ad we paid for actually reached a funeral home, and how Meta finds homes like yours to show it to. You can limit that from Meta’s own ad settings, and from the tracking controls in your browser or phone. The pixel is not on the websites we build for our customers, and the families who visit those sites are never part of this.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not sell or share the business figures you enter into the calculator, and we do not show them to anyone outside our team.
We share your information only as needed: with service providers that help us run the site and our advertising (such as hosting, email delivery, and the ad platforms named above), each under a contract requiring them to protect it and use it only for us; where required by law or to protect rights and safety; and, if the business is ever transferred, subject to this policy.
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to answer it and to maintain reasonable business records, and then we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. To make a request, email privacy@funeral.link and we’ll respond within the time applicable law requires.
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to what's needed to run the site. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and will notify you and the authorities of an incident as the law requires.
This site is intended for adults — the funeral professionals who run a firm. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children here.
This policy covers FuneralHomeWebsites.cc, the site you are on. When a funeral home becomes a customer, the website we build and host for that home — and the families who visit it — are governed by our agreement with the home and by the notice shown on that site, not by this page.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here, and the “last updated” date above will change.
